In order to formalize this rent, a deposit of bicycles must be paid, since in case of not paying the deposit 5 days before the rental period, the bicycle will not be sent, nor will the reservation amount be returned.
Deliveries in our shops or at residences. Delivery and pick up in the Basque Country 45 €. For any other destination the price is calculated in online shopping trolley depending on location of delivery.
We don ´t deliver to turistic apartments, Air BNB or similar, pedestrian streets or areas with traffic restrictions. We don ´t have a delivering schedule so all the bikes will be delivered on the 1st day of rental between 10.30am-18.30pm. The delivery location must have a reception or person who receives and stores the bike

Deliver and pick up at different points in Peninsula 70€/bike
It could be charched in the renting or to the deposit.

Road Bike Rental Notice
We always ask our customers for the bottom bracket height to carry the bicycles perfectly adjusted. If we do not have this messurement we are not responsible for the saddle oscillating or the screw becoming unthreaded and the bicycle becoming unusable. Another option is to go to a specialized site to have it done with the appropiate tool, in this case the company is not responsible for the charging for the adjustment, if any.
