Remember you must add an extra day in the renting. Is the day you pick up the bike and it doesn´t charge. Mark the day before you are going to start riding.

Road Bike Rental Notice

We always ask our customers for the bottom bracket height to carry the bicycles perfectly adjusted. If we do not have this messurement we are not responsible for the saddle oscillating or the screw becoming  unthreaded and the bicycle becoming unusable. Another option is to go to a specialized site to have it done with the appropiate tool, in this case the company is not responsible for the charging for the adjustment, if any.

4– Make the rent

5- Choose the option “Via Local Pick up” if you are coming to our place to pick up the bike

6- Choose the option “Home delivery amd Pick up Service” if you want to deliver the bike to the place you are. 

7– Fill the document and in the box Customer provided note” write  anything you think is important for us to know about your needs to make the renting as plesurable as possible.

8- Complete the payment

1- The safety deposit will be returned within 48/72 hours after the return of the bicycle, except very busy periods that could be more time.

2- HALF DAY rent is also possible, only for “Local Pick up” option

4- Charger won’ t be provided for 1 day rental nor Half day rental.

1- The cost of delivering service for renting a bike in San Sebastian, Bilbao and Vitoria Gasteiz is 45€-

2- Delivering is free if you rent a bike in Durango. You don´t need to come to our shop in Abadiño, we deliver the bike to the place you are staying at for bike renting in Durango, Berriz, Elorrio and close places not as far as 8km

3- Delivering and collecting  to any point in Spain ( Peninsula) is 50€ per bike

4-Delivering to any point in Spain  (Peninsula) and collecting in other different point of Spain is 70€ per bike, 70€ for Santiago

5- We don´t deliver on saturday afternoon nor sunday nor bank holiday. write us to agree a date.
