1. Shipping methods and deadlines

We will send you an e-mail when your order is already in the store so that you can pick it up and thus save you the postage; Remember that you must indicate your Order number when picking it up, otherwise they will not be able to deliver it to you and provide the documentation to identify you.

If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

The delivery times indicated are computed from Monday to Friday and may be altered by local or national holidays

On special dates such as Christmas, Kings, bridges or special promotions (Black Friday,....), we do not guarantee that the delivery will be made on time, due to the volume of merchandise of the transport agencies

In the case of shipping bicycles, shipping times may increase due to the time of assembly and adjustment of the same.

In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

In any case basquecountry.bike  does not make shipments on delivery

Basque Country Bike reserves the right to modify delivery times and the type of shipment without prior notice in special cases.

1.1 Shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

1. Home delivery

- Shipping costs Spain Peninsula: 8 €.  Free postage on orders over € 80 (VAT included).

-Balearic shipping costs: 18 €. Free shipping on orders over € 150 (VAT included).

The shipping time depends on the product and can be between 2 days and 10 working days, depending on the available stock, for bicycles and 48 hours for accessory.  We will send you an e-mail when you finish your order in which the delivery times will be detailed. Remember that if the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

1.2 Shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

For this type of shipments select as Country: Spain (Canary Islands), Spain (Ceuta), Spain (Melilla).

Sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will not be charged VAT (21%), however the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt of his order since, in the case of the Canary Islands for example, it depends on the "I.G.I.C" and "customs of the Canary Islands". Shipping costs 26 € on purchases up to 450 € (VAT included).

NOTE: We do not ship bicycles or high volume items. 

The shipping time depends on the product and can be between 8 days and 20 working days. We will send you an e-mail when you finish your order detailing the delivery times. Remember that if the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we have bank confirmation of the transfer. Possible delays caused by customs are not covered.

2. Shipments to other countries

We do not ship internationally.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 20 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (Offering our clients a period longer than the legal one of 14 days according to art. 102 and 104, of the R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.).

To make the return you have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. The shipment of the return to our warehouse is at the customer's expense.

It is very important that you return the products perfectly packed, without using or damage. Once we receive the merchandise  and verify that all the above conditions are met, the return of the product will BASQUE COUNTRY BIKE accepted and the amount will be refunded.

In the event that you want the change of size of a product, please  contact our Customer Service to manage it. The shipment of the return to our warehouse is at the customer's expense. Once we have the product in our warehouse, we will proceed with the shipment of the new product. 

Note: You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt in our warehouse of the return product. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card it is likely that your bank will not show you the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.

Right of withdrawal:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from his purchase within 14 days of receipt of the order as long as it is communicated within that period, directly by the usual means of contact published on our website or by attaching the following form.

There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in Art. 103 of the TRLGDCU.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, but if your original order had shipping costs you will always be returned in the standard shipping option.

Product Availability:

Basque Country Bike reserves the right to refund the amount of your order if it is not possible to ship or deliver the goods in the terms mentioned above.
